¿Cómo actuar en caso de un accidente?
- Solicite al tercero los siguientes datos: nombre y apellido, DNI, domicilio, teléfono, Aseguradora y datos del vehículo,
- Obtenga testigos (si fuese posible nombre, DNI, teléfono y domicilio).
- No reconozca culpabilidad ni haga transacciones con terceros.
- Envíe a Organización Pulido su Denuncia Administrativa dentro de las 48 hs.
- En caso de existir personas con lesiones, un policía tomara declaración en el momento del hecho y citará a las partes a declarar en un Juzgado. Tome nota de la comisaría y del Juzgado que intervengan.
¿Cómo actuar ante el robo parcial o total del vehículo?
- Hacer la denuncia policial en la comisaría más cercana.
- Enviar a Organización Pulido copia de la denuncia policial con relato de los hechos para que podamos gestionar su reclamo ante la compañía.
- En caso de robo total del vehículo informar a Gendarmería Nacional (0800-888-8804).
